Findlay, a city of Hancock County, located at Northwest Ohio Unites States. The city's official name is "Flag City" and is one of the two cities in Hancock County along with Fostoria. Findlay is still growing and the second largest city in that region. The city derives its name in the honor of Col. James Findlay.
